Processing Times

  • Order Verification: 1–2 business days

  • Processing & Packaging: 1–3 business days after verification

Processing times are separate from shipping times. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.


Shipping Times

Once processed, your order will ship via one of our trusted carriers. Estimated delivery times are:

Standard Shipping (FREE)

  • United States: 10–15 business days

  • Other International Destinations: 12–20 business days

Express Shipping (Additional Fee)

  • United States: 7–10 business days

  • International: 10–15 business days

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking number to update in the carrier’s system.

International Orders

For customers outside the United States, please be aware:

Address Changes

  • Processed or Shipped Orders: Address changes may not be possible once the package is in transit.
